Everybody in this world has weaknesses. No man or woman is perfect. Every person you meet or know; say your friends, colleagues, siblings, even your elders, have flaws. Two people can have the same type of weakness. For example, several people are victims of laziness. Students become lazy when they have to study or finish their homework. On the other hand, working employees complain that they feel lethargic in the afternoon after having lunch.

Similarly, lack of concentration, stubbornness, multitasking, procrastination, lack of patience are a few weaknesses commonly found in people of all age groups. Even successful people, great leaders, and influential personalities have weaknesses.

●    Albert Einstein did not speak until the age of three. Even at the age of seven, he found difficulties regarding word retrieval. But, he is one of the greatest Physicists of all time.

●    Nick Vujicic is born with a rare disorder in which four limbs of his body are missing. Despite the struggles, he is a motivational speaker and author of four inspirational books.

The one who turns their weakness into a strength is bound to rise and shine. These were just two examples; the world is full of many more inspiring stories.

What would you do if you got to know that your weakness is your biggest asset? Would you still feel the same? Make your weakness your strength and shine high in life.

Jack of All Trades Master of None

Multitasking is viewed as a strength, but it does not help people. Individuals who do multiple tasks at a time perfectly epitomise the proverb “jack of all trades master of none.” It means they do many different things simultaneously but is not good in any of them. The same is with people who are multitaskers. They are never able to get success in life because they never complete any task with focus.

If you are not a multitasker, it's your strength. Focusing on a particular task will bring you success.

multitasking is not a strength but weakness

Night Owls Can Be Productive

Morning is considered the best time for studying or planning as it is a peaceful time of the day and concentration power is high. But if you can’t wake up early in the morning, don’t think that this is your weakness. You can very well study at night. The noises and distractions are less in the night, and thus you can concentrate better at work.

If you study/work with focus, it does not matter whether it is morning or night.

studying with focus is important, not time of the day

Be Selectively Social

Socialising with people demands time and energy. A lot of time gets wasted on social media. If you do not like to socialise much, it is fine and don’t feel it is your weakness that you don’t socialize. Not being a social person is your strength actually. Use your free time to learn and grow.

Being social all the time demands energy and time

So, always try to find the strength which is hidden in your weakness. It’s up to you how you take life and find positivity or negativity for whatever you have with you.
